Marsha Rodenberger
Marsha was introduced to the Death & Dying academic topic while in college. She has both a bachelors and a masters degree in ministry and she is ordained. Marsha taught Death & Dying Courses at a community college in Iowa, but didn’t fully understand about grief until widowed at age 34. Inspired by a workshop given by Dr. Allen Wolfelt, she has led Bereavement Support Groups since 1991 through her local church and then as a Hospice Chaplain for 18 years. She was introduced to the GriefShare program through a minister friend who asked to start a GriefShare group in 2008.
Marsha leads our GriefShare ministry as well as providing additional pastoral care for our church family and loving on her grandchildren.
